Last Day Of Summer

Here are two brand new fractals. Both are made with Naru's Gnarly Potpourri (tma.ucl) colouring algorithm and KPK formulas (kpk.ufm). Enjoy! :)

Friday

I made this fractal about a week ago, and then I forgot about it. This one was made with 4-D Barnsley Julia (gnd.ufm) formula and Naru's Gnarly Potpourri (tma.ucl) colouring algorithm. Enjoy!

Gnarly

Here's a fractal I made using the Very Advanced Gnarl formula and I think I used Thin Orbit Traps II (tma.ucl) colouring algorithm, but I'm not quite sure (and too lazy to check). I was going to post this on DeviantArt, but then I changed my mind and completely forgot about it until now.

100

My 100th post, yay!Let's celebrate with a brand new fractal!
This one was made with Circly Koch Curve (sam.ufm) formula and Harlequin II (tma.ucl) formula. This is all I'm capable of writing at the moment, because I've had a rough day at work and currently have the brain capacity of a boiled cucumber. For some reason I have no problems making fractals when I'm extremely tired, but writing more than just a few sentences is way too hard. Weird.

Liquid Sunrise

Here's a fractal I made just a moment ago. The Crystal Globe (Julia) formula was so much fun to play around with, so I decided to try the Crystal Globe (Mand) formula. For this one I used Thin Orbit Traps II and Kampyle Of Eudoxus Trap. I'm experimenting with gradients that don't contain any black, because usually the gradients I use consist of black, white and some other colour. However, in this one I used only pink, orange, purple, white and blue. I also used Lake mapping on one of the layers, I think it makes the fractal look cooler =D

Pretty blue

I have no idea what to call this one and I'm too lazy to come up with a title. It's just a quickee fractal anyway, I'm not going to post it on DeviantART or anything. I started this fractal earlier today, and I worked on it on and off for about 3-4 of hours. Ultra Fractal, 5 layers and KPK Moon 1 formula. I used Kampyle Of Eudoxus colouring algorithm on two of the layers and Trapestry-x on the rest.

Something green

Been playing around with this one all day, and at last I've got a result I'm reasonably pleased with. I like that it's green and swirly, and I got to use the lake effect! Yay! I love that effect, it looks nice in most fractals, but I try to not use it too often. Couldn't help myself this time though, I had to cover up the lower part of the first layer, because it looked too messy.

I'm still not sure if I will post this one on DeviantArt or RedBubble yet, but we'll see. I used BarnsleyTechno formula and Sech Trap and Wavy Circle Trap colouring algorithms.

The lake of ghosts

I made this fractal for a challenge on RedBubble..The challenge is to make a gnarly fractal, and I haven't made any of those in a long time, so this was quite fun. I rarely enter challenges/contests, mainly because I find it hard to come up with fractals that fit the themes. If the theme of the challenge is to make something pink and blocky, I'll only be able to make blue and green flowers, etc.

It'll be exciting to see how this challenge goes, because I never win anything xD
